Policies

Payment: You can choose to pay in advance or pay at the time of service. The Executive Function Lab, LLC accepts payments in cash, or through Venmo and Zelle. Payment is due at or before the beginning of each session. Sessions are $45 per one-hour session and can be scheduled in advance. Available times can be found on the “Booking” tab above. If paying by Venmo or Zelle, please include your student’s name and date of session(s) in the note.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you’ve booked a session and need to cancel, no worries! The Executive Function Lab has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please give us a heads-up that you need to reschedule or cancel no later than 24 hours before your session. This allows for waitlist opportunities and accurate planning. If The Executive Function Lab needs to reschedule a session, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible.

Waitlist: Session slots will fill up quickly! If there are no time slots available and you would like to be added to the waitlist, please email us at info@executivefunctionlab.net with your name, your student’s name, and desired dates/times. If a time slot becomes available, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible.

Location: All sessions are conducted at the Way Public Library at 101 E. Indiana Ave. Perrysburg, OH 43551 unless otherwise arranged and agreed upon. Parents may choose to drop their student off or stay in the library, although sessions will be one-on-one with students and administrator only. In-home sessions are available for an additional fee. If you’d like to book a session at your home or an alternate location, please contact us at info@executivefunctionlab.net. Zoom options are available for students outside of the area.

Privacy: We are committed to maintaining privacy for you and your student. No personally identifiable information is ever shared.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How many sessions can I book? You may choose as many or a few sessions as you’d like. Clients are not locked in to a contract in order to give parents as much flexibility as possible.

How frequently should sessions occur? We recommend sessions at least once per week in the beginning in order to increase skill development and build stamina in your student. However, you may choose when to schedule based on your family’s flexibility and preferences.

We’re not in the Northwest Ohio area. Can my student receive coaching online? Zoom options are available. Please select the Zoom option on the registration form and you’ll receive an email with details on Zoom sessions.

Will appointments fill up? Appointments are first come, first served. When appointments are fully booked, a waitlist option will become available. Information on waitlist policies can be found above.

Are customers charged for cancellations? Cancellations are free of charge with notice given at least 24-hours in advance of your student’s appointment.
